I feel tired but need to goto the gym, should I take a nice long hot shower 1st?

NNNNAAAAAHHHHH, showers are over rated!! It will only leave you feeling relaxed and ready to sleep. Do that later tonight. Make sure you workout for an hour or more before going to work afterwards so that you make a point to all around you that you are conserving water and soap for all of our futures!! LOL
I'm kidding. Shower after your workout. People are NOT concerned about your smell at the gym...only the way you look while working out!

Cold shower(no soap)in the morning/before the gym. After gym,HOT shower with soap!!!

Shower after you work out. That is unless you work in a stable shoveling horse manure. Then it won't matter if you smell like a goat.

I wouldn't only because you'll need to come home and take another shower. But if that's what will wake you up, sure take two today!
