No, its retarded to litter because it costs tax payers money to hire people to clean the crap up, so in the end you are just costing yourself money and destroying the environment because you are too lazy to hold onto the bottle, can, etc...

Absolutely not...and I can't stand people that do. I get so angry when I see people just throw their trash out of their car windows. It looks so disgusting when you drive along an exit ramp or in a neighborhood and that is all you see is trash.
