i prefer knowing, for sure, what i'm putting in my system. No meat unless i was the one who brought about its demise while hunting, only home grown veggies, no salt, no sugar, no grease or goo... i'm so weird i even inspect flour before i use it for bread just so i know theres nothing funny about it... No McDonalds, no eating out... I do miss having some decent Tai or Chinese once in a while but i cant get over my 'issues' (haha)

mostly the cook at the restaurant does anymore, since the kids moved out
