They freak me out so bad that I have nightmeres about them!!!

Well, to help reduce your fear of spiders, perhaps you should try being with one in a controlled situation. Start off by reading about spiders and learning more about them. Lok at a few pictures of them. Find a pet store that sells them or find a zoo that has some on display. Go and watch them for a while. They will be behind glass and cannot get you. The idea is to eventually acclimate yourself to them so that if you do see one, you don't freak out. I am not saying you have to love them but get to the point to where you can tolerate them.
For myself, I don't know of any fears of animals that I have. So far, I have not encountered that. I do get a little freaked out when I am in a crowd of people, but that is getting much better.
