I was wondering does anyone love "Simple Man" Lynyrd Skynyrd and "Shooting Star" by Bad Company? I can think of some others, but I really like those two!

"simple man" is in my top ten favorite songs of all time.. i love it.. and "shooting star" is good also..

I don't know "Simple man" because I'm not a big Skynyrd fan. I love "Shooting Star".

I really like Shooting star. Burned out on Skynard back in the 70's but of all thier songs, Simple man was best.

So-So, I am a southerner, so I was forced to memorize all the lyrics to all of Lynyrd Skynyrd's songs before I could graduate high school.

Both are great songs. I particularly like "Shooting Star" Paul Rodgers is a great lyricists and has probably one of the best voices in rock.

Huge fan of Simple Man. I think the song is amazing. It was actually covered surprisingly well by Deftones a couple years ago.

I like Simple Man, but not too crazy about Shooting Star.
I like different kinds of music, but if you are willing to give country music a try...listen to Hank Williams Jr. Some of his songs are truly classic, like Dinosaur.

Yes I like both of them, and yes I'm an "oldie" myself. Love that 60's and 70's rock & roll!

Great song! They do it wonderfully.
