I wouldn't consider her country, she's good and had a couple of good songs out but definitely not country. Maybe pop.

Anne Murray is now considered country but at one time she was considered pop. Same with the other artists like the Eagles, Charlie Daniels, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

I bought one album by her just because of her beautiful eyes. I'd say she was crossover because she also appealed to the other crowd, you know, the one's that were not into hard core country at the time. If you remember, she came out in the middle of the hard rock era which left a big gap between rock and country. She fit right in there.
