I do idle work with my hands. like, braid yarn for no reason. or weave little things that are really just clutter.
Or i'll draw. i create alot of paper with school and i use the back side of it to draw............yea, i know...it keeps me from doing worse stuff tho.

I constangly rub the top of my head, when my hair is up in a pony-tail. I can't stop, and if I'm really upset, then I bite the dead skin off of my fingers.

when i was younger my mom told me i used to pull my eyelashes out but now that I'm older...not old just older i use a squeeze ball....( not that kind of squeeze ball the therapeutic ones with the beads inside them)
