He's the Gypsy Vanner, and on display he's leaning against my TV. I know I can heat his leg and bend it, but I'm afraid to. Any tips?

open your oven and wrap in news paper the model except the leg turn oven to 350 and set model on the edge of the door i had the same problem and the leg will get week enough to bend let set on there at least 1 hour before trying to bend and do not force always watch knowing the paper does catch on fire. i hope i was able to help wetting the paper will stain so don't do that

Buy or make a stand for him. One of my Breyers didn't stand and we put a small piece of cardboard under him to even it out.

I'd buy "sheet styrene plastic" and play "farrier"... cut thin "shims" to bring the "high" hoof back into contact with the ground.

You can find this material in any good model-hobby shop, and use plastic-cement to apply it to your horse.
