How else can one cook?
Seriously - my cooking was so bad both my daughters learnt how to cook before they each turned 14yrs.
If micro-waves had existed earlier I would be less fat /had less fast food/ learnt to not hate the kitchen.
I love micro-waves and they take out less vitamins than boiling/frying do. Oven cooking is too time consuming and dull.

No hardly. I have one. But i think they are dangerous to really cook food in. I do sometimes warm things up but i personally dont feel good about it.

Only to reheat, never to cook. It gives your food a rubbery texture and dries it out.
