because of the power of the negative. The negative is very powerful though it is extremely short living. The power of positive things lies in their longivity, it is long living and lasting. But for a short time, negative is too powerful.
just see how the neative is catching! Nick name a person, and every one shall rmember that name too soon, and he becomes p[opular much more faster than otherwise. Negative music, negative cinemas, negative TV programmes, they all are fast catching and short living. Terrirism too is one such thing, fast caching younger minds, but short living.

The word peace is used to convey a state of no conflict. Those self styled harbingers o peace, ignore the simple fact, conflict is born in the individual and then extends to the world. We are now taking it to outside the Globe too. Religions, without exception preach or claim to preach peace. Even if there is/was an iota of truth in this claim, why should one go and kill another at another place. Lack of contentment is the individual conflict. Countries are but instruments in the hands of these discontent indidviduals. How can there be peace of world when we leave the rule to such individuals in turmoil. Nobody makes war it is there right in you; it has banished the peace in you and rules you. Give up religion and do not love any one because of a commandment or religion. Realize that you and the next object in this creation have common factors. Search for them, perceive them. True Love is then kindled and then alone peace is regained.

War is always the way to get more power and money. Peace gives nothing to get the same. There's never been space for peace, because countries want what the rich country has and do all it takes to get it!

well to be a d**k about it, because a war can happen between two countries, or even within one country alone, and world peace involves everyone.
I don't think waging a SUCCESSFUL war is any easier than ensuring peace, but a foolishly fought war is easier than ensuring peace.

Violent conflict is one of the remaining human qualities that has survived from our evolutionary past. The resolution of disputes through war is something that we have been involved in far longer than negotiating for peace. I submit that peace in the world will only be achieved when Mankind is able to subdue His baser impulses and use the intellect that has been gifted to us. Our evolution as a species is attempting to nudge us in that direction. It is up to us to recognize and acept that we are more than bickering animals.

Because is war, the aggressors are certain they can get all they want. In Peace, the parties negotiating are certain they will be giving something up.

because arguing is easier then talking things out. You see it not just in politics but in familys, friends, etc. because the human personality is ultimatley selfish, so we would rather fight with people who don't agree with us then for us to work out our differances and come to a compromise. there will never be world peace unless everyone, and not just politicians, start showing more lvoe then hate in their life!

because it's easier to just hate point blank than try to understand the other and eventually respect him (not necessarily love, just respect) because mankind is too greedy, and violent. because it's easier to have things "our way" than try to conciliate with others. now the question is " what could we do to prevent and eventually stop all this, i mean if we ever can"...
