The group from the late 70's ~ Early 80's - made up of a bunch of actors - they had hits such as "Daddy Cool" and others that escape me now, but manly cover versions of old 50's songs with alot of "do wopping" in. I remember their LP with a picture of them all on a fairground ride. Are they still together or did any of them go on to bigger and better things ?

I;d forgotten all about them, they actually did some good stuff. I am not sure if they are still together or not, proberly not, but I expect as with most bands, there may be a version of them somewhere, with one or two original members in the group. I think one of them went into television and one member went and formed a group in the late 70's early 80's called Rocky Sharpe and the Replays (Who remembers them?) who had minor hits with songs called Rama Lama Ding Dong, Imagination, Shout, Shout, Knock Yourself Out, Matian Hop and Love Will Make You Fail In School.
