No. You misunderstood what you heard, apparently. The prostate gland is up inside the man's body, alongside his rectum. Something needs to be inserted deep into the rectum and pressed against the prostate massaging it in order to make the man feel aroused. Just sitting down won't do it. It's not a "G-spot" in the sense that a woman has a G-spot. It's just another means of arousal.

what the hell, no. The male "g-spot" is the prostate and its like 3 inches into the rectum.
we sit on our *** cheeks, not our prostate,
if this were true, men would be sitting up and sitting down every 5 seconds, and their pants would be wet all the time.

HA! Never heard this before either. If that were true, then the myth that we men think about sex every 7 seconds might be true as well. Sometimes clothing can rub you the "right" way and it feels good, but just sitting? Wow!

No, but I can remember when I was a teen the vibration of a bumpy car ride causing friction and getting me aroused. This can be very embracing for a young man getting a ride to school and then having to get out of the car in front of everyone.
