luggage rack for '06 883L ....?

I found this one for $60.00 but says it has a ten lb weight limit:

does anyone know the weight limit for the HD brand luggage racks that would attach to detachable side plate kits like HD rack PN 53850-00

the book says 20 lbs, more than that will effect handling.

i think it has a 20# weight limit.
