I don't have diabetes (been tested for it). I don't wear tight socks or pants or anything that could cut off circulation. I went to a concert last night and I was just sitting normally in my chair and I noticed that as the night progressed, my feet kept getting colder and more numb. Then when the concert was over and I got up to walk to my car, they were fine.

Any ideas?

Sometimes when one sit in a same position for a long time the weight of our body is concentrated more on the hip and thigh region which presses the nerves inside causing them to sort of pinched temporarily and thus the cold and numbness.

And when you get up and walk they are relieved of the pressure and act normally again.
