Hard to say. Men are attracted to the female form - if they weren't, we as a species would have died off a long time ago. High heels cause the leg to become more shapely and perhaps that's one of the reason you like heels (assuming you meant seeing women wear them and not wearing them yourself).
People have all sorts of fetishes for all sorts of things. My husband loves skirts and I can't do anything wrong if I'm wearing one - especially one with pleats.
Does the woman in your life wear them for you if you ask? It's not particularly good for her feet if she wears them all the time, but maybe she'll wear them from time to time to turn you on.

Because high heels are sexy and before you know it you've got a pair of high heels on your feet. Then before you know it, the next time you go to put those high heels on, you find yourself shaving your legs and putting on a pair of pantyhose before you slip your feet into those high heels. And then you see that even a guy can have sexy legs, just like a girl, sometimes they even have better legs than girls.

what works for you doesn't work for me or someone else. there's no big deal. i have a fetish for women's sneakers, i think it goes back to my childhood, the younger, simpler, more innocent times. if this is your thing then go for it. as for why. maybe someone in your childhood who even though you were not aware of it, had a very profound affect on you and your brain processes a high heel sighting and reverts back to a happier time and gives you a pleasurable sensation.
bottom line, whatever floats your boat, have fun and play safe

everyone has fetishes.. yours just happens to be high heels!! you're the only one who knows why you have a fetish for them... probably because it makes womens' legs a lot sexier

For some reason I don't really understand, it seems to give the wearer power.
Perhaps added height? Too simple.
Thing is, in reality, it makes the wearer LESS powerful, simply because she is less stable and in pain.
I suspect their power comes simply from the fact that it lengthens the leg to body ratio (usually sexy), streamlines the leg (usually sexy) and is an inherently female thing to do. That is, guys wearing heals will probably not have the same effect on you.
Breasts are attractive to guys because of their inherent femaleness - a cue to their sexuality. Similarly, though clearly not evolutionarily based (too recent), such an obviously female thing to do is also appealing.
