Fantastic with me.
It doesn't matter if it's a Mommy/Mommy or Daddy/Daddy.
Allegedly they did "tests" and say that as long as their are two parental figures the childs development turs out the same as it was Mommy/Daddy.
I am all for gay marriage and not even from a political view, I think it's human rights to marry whoever you want.

As long as said Lesbians are kind and loving parents, my Dear One, and give those kids discipline when they need it, they'll be fine parents. It's when they don't attend to the kids that I have a problem -- just like any parent. I don't care which set of parents -- two males, two females, a female and male -- raises a child; all I care about is that the child is loved and turned into a good kind human being. There are too many children who aren't loved and that's too sad a thing.

Well considering the amount of homeless kids there are in the world I hope more lesbians adopt (rather than paying for sperm.) I think it's great. If I had to choose between growing up in the system and having two moms....obviously I'd rather have 2 moms. As a straight person I think the world needs more gay people...it just makes sense.

That's a tough question. Although I really have no problem with gay people...male or female, it's just my personal opinion that kids need both mother and father figures in their lives. Mother for care and nurturing, and father for discipline and motivation(especially for boys). Could give you a big list of what both a man and a woman can contribute to kids lives, but it might take a while!
I'm not totaly against the idea, but I think that kids really need both sides of the parenting styles.

My sister and her partner have 2 kids, one is just a baby. The older one, Sarah, is 10 and my sister and her partner are well aware that it is good to make sure she gets to see my daughter, Lara, a lot because she is very feminine and girly, as Sarah wants to be.
I'm glad my sister waited until her 30's to raise kids, because she was (by her own admission) a rather angry young lesbian in her 20's with a big chip on her shoulder.
In conclusion, I'll just say lesbians have the capacity to be bad, average, or good parents just like everybody else!

I have no problems with it. As long as it's a loving relationship. We shouldn't limit the rights of lesbians. There are so many kids that are abused and brought up by heterosexual couples it seems wrong if you were not to let lesbians bring up kids. I'm all for it!

This might sound like a heartless answer but, you have to take a step back and see where i am coming from and really think about what i have to say. I think gays shouldn't be allowed to adopt or have children together. Based on what i have seen in my years of children being made fun of, confused of what the difference between two women or men being together and a man and a woman ?(what's right and wrong) this might effect how a child might grow up. Could be really hard on any kid.You can't just think of yourself. Sorry!:(

If other lesbians want kids, good for them as long as they're fit parents. I personally use being a lesbian as an excuse to NOT have kids.

As long as they provide a loving home for the child, that's all that matters. There are too many kids that are caught up in being shifted from foster home to foster home. Gays & lesbians can provide loving homes that allow kids to feel wanted.

There are too many children with little or no family life or the family life they have is pretty bad. So the more responsible parents there are, the better we all are as a society. Same sex partners that can be loving supportive parents can be great parents and should be allowed to do so if that's what they want to do.
