Difinately a toothache! The pain is like nothing else! I mean there is migrane medication out there, but not for a toothache!

I've had both. An abscessed tooth hurts waaay worse than a migraine. I can always take meds to get rid of the migraine but I never found anything that made that toothache go away other than extraction. It was pure hell!

I have had both and I would say a toothache because it hurts all through out your head which can lead to a migraine for sure

Toothache-because usually until you fix the problem it hurts or comes back. Migraines leave eventually (unless there are complications).

I've had the toothache, never a migraine, but I hear they are totally debilitating, so I'd go with the migraine.
