Part time work , Illegals , people who no longer can apply because they have been without work too long , Those on welfare ? If we actualy look at how many have part time work and full time bills this would be much higher .

The number is much lower, about 4.8%, which is virtually full employment.

In my opinion illegals don't count and shouldn't. They should not be here. Part-time workers are working this is why they don't qualify for unemployment. Those who have not been working for so long their benefits have run out need to go to work part-time those with full-time bills and part-time work need to get another job. I worked two jobs and they were both full time. But, I paid my bills. So unemployment at 7% (actually is lower than that here in Texas) is correct. Now if you had said how many are unhappy with their jobs I am sure the number would have been higher.
