The ethmoid and lacrimal bones are both located on the medial side of the orbit.

The orbit is an osseous cavity of the skull. Its medial wall is made up of three bones, which, in order from anterior to posterior, are: the frontal process of the MAXILLA, the LACRIMAL bone and the orbital plate of the ETHMOID bone.
