Total load of rubbish. Who tells you these things? The biggest user of energy in your body is your brain. The amount of body resources used fro sperm production is miniscule in comparison. You make sperm cells at a pretty much continuous rate throughout your life, whether or not you elaculate them. So no matter how often you masturbate, it makes no different to your sperm production.
