I read that a bloke thinks about sex on average once every seven seconds - do you think this is true?

This means 12343 times a 24 hour day!
And over a normal year 4505143 times

I dont think about it much at all - but i was always different

to answer your question( wonder if shes nice) i would say that ( di you think shes game) men dont actually think ( wonder what she wears for bed) of sex every seven ( spit or swallow?) seconds. We have more ( stockings or hold ups?) serious things to cont( white or pink panties?) emplate!

Yes this is true, but you havent understood the statistic.

There are 24 hours in a day. That means there are 1440 minutes in a day, which means there are 86400 seconds in a day.

Now when it says every seven seconds that doesnt mean that over the WHOLE day men on average have been thinking about sex every 7th second. eg 1,2,3,4,5,6,sex (for one second) ,8,9,10,11,12,13,sex (for one second).

What that stats means is that on average a man thinks about sex 12343 seconds a day (1/7th of the day). Thats 206 minutes a day.

So that means in one 24 hours day a man spends 3 hours 26 minutes thinking about sex.

This might be broken up into 30 min spells or occasional 2 mins spells followed by a longer spell etc.


The stat every 7 seconds has come about by reversing the 3 hours 26 minutes into seconds and then dividing the seconds by the number of seconds in a day to make the stat look more shocking.


In any case... 3 hours 26 mins is quite a lot.

There may be certain times in the day when his mind is constantly on sex !!! but every 7 seconds is just impossible to maintain over even a few hours
Young guys spend some part of every day thinking about when they might lost their virginity , and in between times getting in a bit of practise on their own
As you get older and more experience you tend not to think so much about it but still enjoy the action when it comes along
When you get much older most of us just spend time thinking about it and don't really see much or any action !!

This is an average, take all of the fantasies divided by all of the seconds and then maybe you get that number after studying hormone raging teenagers who cannot look at a cute girl without thinking about sex. Averages are only weird numbers that bored researchers come up with.

Well every time I see a woman even remotely ok, I think about sex, so thats quite often. But at the same time theres quite long periods when I don't think about sex at all, so once every seven seconds might be about right.
