No, there is no appreciable difference between the average brain size between people of recent African origin or those of more distant African ancestry (i.e. Asians, Europeans, North Americans).
In addition, there has been no evidence that would indicate that small variations in brain size have any corellation with intelligence.
Larger scale differences in brain size, as is seen in the difference between Homo sapiens sapiens and Homo erectus, or Homo erectus and Homo habilis, or Homo habilis and Australopithecus africanus are probably indicative of an overall difference in intelligence.
Interestingly, the average size of the Neandertal's brain was larger than the average size of modern man's brain. (~1400 cc for Neandertal, vs. 1260 cc for modern man). Kind of makes that stereotypical view of Neandertals as stupid, brutish louts pretty questionable.

Well, according to this question, YOUR brain is quite a bit smaller than the rest of the human race. Humans are humans..we are not sub-species having different parts or different brains. Obviously a grown man is going to have a larger brain than a baby..but as far as adults go...we all pretty much have the same size brain. I am sure there is some variation among individuals (having NOTHING to do with race) but the size has nothing to do with intelligence..that depends on how much of the brain is used.

This should have been in the anthropolgy section.
White mens brains aren't the largest adjusted for body mass, the East Asians have the biggest. And yes, there is a relative difference between ethnic groups.
Is this your pet subject today?

That's like saying Is the size of an average African black man's winkle larger or smaller or the same as the average white man's
It's a myth.

I don't know.
By the way, brain size makes no difference to intelligence. Mens' brains are bigger than womens' but I wouldn't call men smarter. (By the way I'm not being sexist:
a) I never said women were smarter and
b) I am a man.

I doubt very much that there is any significant difference. People are people. If you're referring to Watson's comments, he's a lovely example of the fact that you can be a brilliant scientist and still full of baloney. We're all prisoners of our upbringing, which instills all sorts of family and community 'wisdom' which some of us later find out isn't all that accurate..

The size of a person's brain has no bearing upon the level of their intelligence.
My cat has a brain the size of a walnut, but it's estimated that cats have the intelligence of the average 4 year old.
I would think that all races possess brains of roughly the same size.

Firstly, I would like to say that size of brain irrelevant to intelligence. If it was so, world would be run by sperm whales instead of us.
As for your question there is no scientfic evidence to suggest racial difference to brain size. There has been evidence to suggest that geographic variation in brain size, suggesting human beings adapt (suprise, surprise) to their environment.
