Fill your mind with better thoughts
In other words, instead of focusing on the thoughts you don't want - find something you love to think about and make a conscious choice to focus on it.
Or even something mundane as your work schedule.

Another thought is that - what you think in your heart is what you are. Maybe some change would be positive if there's a problem?

Have you ever had a really annoying song in your head that you can't stop thinking about?
"I've got a song that'll get on your nerves, get on your nerves" would be typical.
My advice would be to distract yourself from whatever you are thinking, but without you detailing what your thoughts are, I'm afraid I can't offer any advice other than to see a psycotherapist.

Some of the thoughts I have in my mind over and over are distractions so I started writting them down.
It seems that when I do write them down it clears my mind.
