If the US and China were ever at war with each other, I would think that neither would be the victor since both will not stop until the other side is soundly defeated.

well i hate playing what ifs...

first off if it came to it. US wouldnt attack China without direct provocation. India would be on the US side, so would Japan, South Korea, Philipeins, Britian, Germany, Austrilia, taiwan, Italy, and much down the line France and the entire EU.

Russia, I bet would fall in line with China, so would N korea, Iran,

Israel would start bombing the **** outta Iran, because they could get away with it since everyone else it occupied.

Most middle eastren and african countries would stay out of it...but they would have their own unrest to deal with

..but all of this is pointless. China would not provoke a fight with the US..they have too much money invested with us.

Well, who knows who might win, probably no one. Yeah, I'm sure life under the benevolent care of the Chinese Communist government would be MUCH better than living in the US in a Demcratic, open society. India is economically and technologically progressive, but they seem to have more than their share of problems managing their country, so I don't see that as an improvement. Why do you say that the world is "under" the USA. As a pretty much average American citizen, I can say that most of us don't want to be over anyone. We don't want to be responsible for you or yours, even though I think we have proven that we will help you when you need it. You might wanna check on whatever you've been putting in your hookah, you might have brain damage.

Let us all hope your scenario never happens...I'm afraid it would mean an end to civilization as we know it...USA are a great country, it's just their leadership, which is a disgrace to their country...China is a communist country, but ...Just try to imagine ruling to 1000.000.000,00 people on democratic principles; I believe that's impossible, it would undoubtedly lead into chaos...India is economically underdeveloped, their people suffer from numerous diseases and hunger, its involvement in a possible scenario of WW3 is therefore highly unlikely to happen, Russia is an entire different thing, they are highly technological nation with huge human potential, if they were fit to match the USA in space programs during 60', they're undoubtedly fit to match them in an atomic cataclysm, which in turn would mean the end of our civilization and possibly anything alive on this planet !
