I need a good book that:
Is around Middle School maturity, but can be any level in text
Is readable in a weekend
Doesn't have a too complicated plot
First book that is good enough gets 10 points (it doesn't really matter to me, I just need the book FAST!!)

The Boy Who Dared by Susan Campbell Bartoletti, its short and based on a true story about this boy who used an illegal radio to listen to Allied news reports and attempted to tell the German public of Hitler's crimes by circulating flyers, its pretty good too. PS: don't read Night, I had recently read it for school (I'm in high school) and it is good but not exactly a really quick read in my opinion and seems to be above a middle school level. Plus if u have a problem with graphic imagery then don't read it because there are some disturbing parts.

The Outsiders or of Mice and Men both are quick reads and depending exactly what grade are usually taught in MS. The Outsiders is better for a younger reader than Of Mice and Men but both are good and considered classics.
