celtic style angel?

can somebody help me draw a celtic angel, for a tattoo. i want 2 put it on my upper arm, it need 2 be thin, i want her 2 have her hands under her chin some how if somebody can draw something up and email it 2 me thn i can tell u want i want from that, it will be a huge help and hope some1 can help me, thx
