About 12 Years or so Ago We had a Chicken for a Pet, It was OK, but I prefer a Pets you can Interact with like Dogs
If I had to choose Now, I would choose None of the Three

Turkeys and chickens are stupid as hell, so I'd have to go with the rooster. The only problem is the crowing in the morning would cause me to kill it at some point.

a chicken because I can eat the eggs, plus when I am in a fowl mood and feeling a bit peckish, I can go see the chicken.
