What is ur opinion and gay famillies ... two dads and a child or 2 moms with child?
I have a friend with 2 moms and they raised 4 boys .. all adults now, and they're preety down to earth and quite open minded. All big rugby players who have a soft spot for the homos.
What's ur opnion on it?

I think loving, caring, nurturing PEOPLE make the best parents -- and it makes NO difference if those people happen to be heterosexual or gay/lesbian.
Its easier for hetero couples to make babies, sure -- but just because they're physically capable of procreating doesn't necessarily make them good or responsible or loving parents (how many babies are born every year to unmarried parents who got pregnant simply because they were too lazy and careless to use birth control? And the kids suffer as a result?)
Whereas the same-sex couples that you see who are raising children had to go through great lengths (and often great expense) to have their children through assisted reproductive technologies like artificial insemination or surrogate motherhood, or by adoption. IOW, these children were WANTED by their parents and are dearly loved. Every lesbian or gay male couple I've ever met that have children are wonderful, loving parents who've made great sacrifices in order to have and raise their children to the best of their ability.

Thats not bad thing if gay couple raise children. Its their choice. Many people criticized gay with children in my class. They assume that if gay parent have children then the children are likely to be gay. I feel its wrong because if gay people are destined to be together and are equal as diff sex parent then why can't they have children as diff sex parent. Its all about equality. Its like saying deaf parent cant have children cos the child will be deaf. People never know the consequence and we all are human and we ahould be treated as equal.

we know quite a few gay and lesbian couples with kids (biological ones, to boot), and they are all happy, healthy, well-adjusted kids with 2 parents who love and provide for them. In this day and age when there are so many kids who need a loving family, so many children growing up in 1 parent homes, abusive homes.....why do people get so uptight about gay parents?

I think this cheats the child. Men and women bring two very different and distinct dynamics into a child's life. Many times they freely tell one where they wouldn't dare confide in the other.
Children need these different dynamics for a proper childhood.

They sound like lucky kids. Having two loving parents is a blessing, regardless of their sex.
