Well for one thing he said 'breast and brightest' instead of 'best and brightest'.
He also said 'put food on their families' instead of 'put food on their family's table' (I'm guessing thats what it should have been)

You would have made a better point, voice of liberty, if you had spelled argument correctly

2007-10-18 01:00:27 · update #5

Bush has never been an articulate speaker but you really would have to wonder how many more attacks on US soil would have happened if he had not chosen the path he did.

Now when you want to discuss the US economy and unemployment which facts show are better than they have been for the past 10 plus years, lets do so. To any one that wants to say otherwise, present your facts, all the ranting in the world will not change a thing unless there are FACTS to back it up.

Its sad though that when a person that cannot use facts to make a point they resort to personal attacks to bad mouth someone.

It really is sad that the only argument you can put up to those that oppose you is to criticize their spelling. Typical Liberal, facts mean nothing, use what ever you can to put then down, truth be d-a-m-n-e-d!

I was given a choice, Bush vs Gore. At that particular point in time, I wanted all reminders of the Clinton fiasco gone, so I voted for Bush.

The second time, my choose was Bush vs Kerry. I live in Massachusetts and know full well what an empty suit John, the gigolo, Kerry is, so voting for Bush that time was SOOO much easier.

He's still better than Gore or Kerry. Had Gore been President on 9/11, he probably would've surrendered. Either that or gave some long-winded speech that would've encouraged more attacks. Kerry's a joke, he showed his true colors with his "joke" about kids needing to stay in school or they'll end up in the military.

I voted for Bush both times, and no, I wouldn't vote for him again. If I had a do-over, I'd vote for Pat Buchanan in 2000 and some other third party candidate in 2004. Even though he's a Republican, that's why I'm voting for Ron Paul this year, because his voting record backs up everything he says. If he doesn't win the nomination - which he probably won't - I'll either write him in, pick a third party candidate, or simply not vote for anyone for President.

And I'd rather have a President who stumbled on his sentences than have one who talks about our troops like Kerry did, or spew hypocritical B.S. like Gore.

I voted for him in 2000 because I thought he was a Conservative. I voted for him in 2004 because of the alternative and I felt that he would have nothing to lose by being Conservative.

Although I appreciate what he has done globally I am disappointed at the spending and entitlements. I would not vote for him again.

Yeah, I agree... Bush is the most ridiculous thing to ever happen. Aswell as not being able to string a couple of words together he can't even read properly. He said that his favourite childhood book was 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' - yet it came out after his childhood. Bush wouldn't be around if it weren't for Daddy and all his friends.

Choosing a President shouldn't be about who can speak better or look better. It should be about things that matter, like character or beliefs. Bush has always stood for family values and moral ethics, which most other candidates don't think are important. Bush knows what made this country great and is fighting to keep that intact. I haven't agreed with everything he has done or said, but he is much better than the alternatives.

There has to be something terribly wrong with a person who spends more money getting chosen for a job than the job pays, in order to tell other people what they may and may not do, and then makes THEM pay for being compelled to do what he says.

I voted for him because the other choices were worse, (Duh - Gore, and Coward Kerry) and I was sick of the democrats doing nothing about anything except giving away more of my money.

If the Dem's can't come up with something better than the same old Clinton do nothing crowd, I will vote for them again.

people vote for whoever serves their interests at any given

time. When conditions or situations change, the arguments

for which they voted no longer apply and different arguments

are created to serve the interests for the changed conditions

Ha good one! What about this???

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement...." - Bill Clinton 1998

I would like to know why not? Are you perfect in every sentence you speak? Your arguement holds no water here.

How about this one: At least he doesn't cheat on his wife and the blaitently lie about it to the public.
