Actually, anything from West Africa sort of falls into the same boat. I haven't had a single person from there contact me who's not tried to rip me off. I get told I'm handsome and sexy (I know that anyway, my wife tells me) and how much they love me (this is right after saying hello and exchanging names). They talk like messages from a greeting card, but in the end they want money, a little then a lot. They really get miffed when I say no to that.

When they ask you for a few hundred dollars to "unlock" their account, you tell them that you have the same problem, but $20 will fix it, and you will then send them all the money they need. The best part is if they fall for their own scam and give it to you.
