How would I explain everything :) Lets give it a try...

I would explain it in the best way I can and to me that seems like I should do the simplist thing possible and rebuild the universe from my percieved now back to when it started and then work it forward again. This is similar to if not the same as revearse engineering. The thing to remember when you do something like this is that the flaws in your current logic may be carryed over into the new build of the universe you have in your ideas. But you can find yourself realizing some concepts you did not realize by trying this mind experiment. I did it and got so wrapped up in what I believed that I was convinced the world was gona end and it pretty much drove me insane. But once I realized that my ideas about how the universe started were flawed along with my ideas of how it was currently were also flawed I realized that ya know what I cant see into the future and say the worlds gona end ect ect Its just not in my power to do. Same as I cant walk all paths and spit myself into 1000 copys and do my work plus play at the same time. The point being that possibly the thing to do is remember what your about and how it effects your world in any state.

No. Space and time are opposite sides of hte same thing and mass (matter) and energy are the opposite sides of something quite different.

As far as explaining 'everything'............ That's really the 'Holy Grail' of Physics ☺

time didnt make matter, matter didnt make time. whatever made either one, made them both
time is a dimension, just like gravity.

the universe is expanding, and we know this because of the big bang theory. thats where all this space came from. how it all started, no one knows.
