From 1900 to 1960 there were few major volcanic eruptions. Over the past 43 years dormant volcanoes around the globe have become active again. The 1990s saw swarms of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions around the globe. At the same time weather patterns became more erratic and severe storms more potent.
My research into the Maya 5th Sun prediction, over the past 3 decades, has turned up some very interesting connections: 1) the 2012 forecast is tied to the sunspot cycle and 2) the 2004-2012 Transit(s) of Venus.
The solar priests appear to have been aware of short and long-term solar output cycles. I am convinced the Five Suns or ages the Maya Long Count calendar kept track of were linked to the 26,000-year equinoctial precession, which is connected to the patterns of alternating ice ages and warming interglacial periods.
The Long Count calendar, which marks the passage of a ‘Sun’ cycle, about 5,150 years, began for this age in 3013 BCE. This calendar cy

It's not ending, it's just ending as we know it.
Revolutions and changes are made through out history all th etime, and we are approaching a time where people are looking to reconcile their scientific, logical answers with a spiritual godly answer...This is a time where religion will want to rid of it's dogma and bring in more faith and spiritualism to it's core. More children born "Seeing" the other side, and more experiences happning to people as the veil between the living and the spirits weakens just a tad..Not a lot-but enough for now.
Won't happen all at once..may take 100 years for full recovery of what people lost spiritualy over the centuries.
This isn't a time to fear, though more natural disasters will be happening due to Earth feeling she's being destroyed by us-Thankgod for the crystal and indigo children who are changing her mind.

It's interesting to know the Mayan calendar predicted the "end of the world" in 2012.
I respect the Mayans more than I respect the people who blindly say nonsense about how the Mayans couldn't predict their own destruction.
I think the Mayans were not speaking of the end of the world, but the end of an age.
Actually the Age of Aquarius is soon coming.
The sign of Jesus is the fish.
In many churches you find this sign, but instead of one fish, its 2 fish. The sign of Gemini.
The time that Jesus lived was the Age of Gemini.
We are now coming out of the Age of Gemini, and the Age of Aquarius means Enlightenment for All.

in assessment to anybody else, i think there is a few reality in the back of 2012... although, this would not advise i think of the top of the worldwide is coming. The Mayans talk with this present day because of the fact it marks a element in time the place our photograph voltaic device no longer in basic terms passes the airplane of the Milky way yet a touch uncommon incidence additionally occurs... This uncommon incidence is largely Galactic Alignment. From what I relatively have considered, it truly is counseled that the airplane of our solar besides because of the fact the airplane of Earth will all be in alignment with the airplane of the Milky way. What does this advise? properly, we can't be attentive to till it occurs yet even our modern-day day astronomers and physicists be attentive to that this uncommon twist of fate is going to take place. To the Mayans they talk with it as a rebirth of the solar... no longer something greater. although, on an identical time it relatively is been pronounced that an larger expertise of existence is going to be felt by skill of many. As that's the age of Galactic expertise. In a feeling, this expertise is already happening. If it weren't you does no longer have asked this question and that i does no longer be answering it. there's a possibility that as that date techniques, further and extra human beings will evaluate the opportunities related to existence on an better scale. somewhat than only theory approaches based in little dwellings in little cities on slightly planet. ultimately, and maximum heavily. that's unlike "Y2K" or another prophesied doomsday. This has many arrows pointing to it... for sure from the Mayans, yet in addition from the Sumerians, The Egyptians, The chinese language, and others. So with this in strategies in spite of what the destiny holds, if there is any lesson to be produced from this, it truly is to be pleased approximately what existence we've had, and proceed to have in this 2nd. be pleased approximately, pay interest to, and have fun in this very 2nd. it relatively is all we've, it relatively is all we've ever had, and it relatively is all we are able to have. If our destiny is as dramatic as some human beings say... properly you gotta admit it truly is a noticeably magnificent thank you to bypass! don't be nervous of issues you haven't any longer any administration over.

Since 1700, we've never gone more than 25 years without having a "doomsday" date looming over us. Before that, there were at least several "doomsday" predicrtions each century.
Each time, there have been "signs," and supporters cited these as "unmistakeable evidence."
Every single time, they've been wrong.
2012 is based upon the Mayan calendar, yet so many apocalytian Christians have latched onto this. So why does the Chrsitian god give out such info to the pagan Mayans, not the "one, true" flock? Isn't anything non-Christian supposed to automatically be "satannic," or have we wandered off script again?
In other words: don't hold your breath. The people who panicked over Y2K or the early-1980s Harmonic Convergence are still eating crow, too.

I don't really know what you're talking about but I wouldn't want to either. Far too many people have predicted the end of the earth and all been wrong and then changed their predictions.

I don't believe it, why spend the next 5 years stressing about it, you'll more than likely die of an ulcer through all that stress, I say enjoy life, live for the moment and don't worry about when it will all end, once you're dead it won't matter anymore.

I believe that by the time the Earth is (assuming it will be) gone, we'll already be living on other planets. I don't believe the world is going to end on in 2012.

What is my take on 2012 (according to the Mayan Calendar)??? Look at it this way, the Mayans failed to predict their own end through assimilation. Why would they even care what was going to happen to an unknown people in the 21st. Century?
Best.
