With all due respect it reads as if your son is young, as might be his freinds, almost young enough to still be toddlers? Given that a metre is 3.3 feet approximately.

Might each child be less than 40 inches (USA) tall? Obvious is the word "About" and certainly in considering its use and by whom, that is a valid keyword to consider.

Is this to be an exterior structure? Have you any thought as to the type of materials you want to use?

Online there are literally hundrdeds of site defining playhouses for children; in both images, and suggestions for construction. Certainly too there are dozens of companies that sell them pre-made; and defined usually as being for the very young.

I'd be happy to make some detailed suggestions; if you might share some thoughts.
