B. 1/3x + 3 = 2/3x + 4
2/3x - 1/3x = 3 - 4
1/3x = -1
multiply both sides by 3 to cancel out the fraction
[1/3x = -1] 3
cancel 3 on the fraction, then multiply the 3 to 1
x = -3

couldnt get the first one

A: the equation is 2x+7/12 = x-1/6
so the solution is x = -0.75

B: the equation is x+3/3 = 4(x/6+1)
so the solution is x = -9
