Honest answers.
I actually hate writing this, because people wouldn't say "What do you really think of straight people?", but it's only a question.

Thanks for looking at the question.

Remember, you asked, and you want an honest answer. I will give you an honest answer, and I will get many thumbs down because it is not the answer you want to read. I can live with that.

It is my opinion that homosexuals have a severe psychological aberration. Biologically, males and females are mentally and physically designed to be attracted to each other. Sexual orientation toward persons of the same gender contradicts biological nature on a fundamental level. Physically, the male and female genitalia are designed for complementarity. Male/male copulation is an artificial forcing of excretory orifices into sexual functions for which they were not designed, often resulting in injuries and serious hygenic problems. That is a valid basis for the social stigma against homosexuality.

Having stated my personal opinion, I acknowledge that homosexuals have rights as human beings, and I recognize that homosexuals such as Leonard Bernstein have attained heights of greatness in the arts. I can enjoy listening to his music compositions without regard for his sexual orientation.

Dear Connie,

If you hate doing this, why are you doing something you don't like?
What do I think of gay people? interesting question. I wonder why would you like to know. Why does it matter what people think of gay people?
If you are gay , or not gay, I sure hope that nothing we say here will mean that much to you. What you think about them is the only thing that matters.
Isn't' it the same question like:
What do you really think about blonds?
What do you really think about women?
What do you really think about Americans?
What do you really think about dolphins? (I love dolphins even if they are all gays)

The quality of the questions will determine the quality of the answers

Homosexuality has been present with large number of mammal species through out the evolution, as such has stayed - not changed. If It was bad for any of the species, including humans, nature would have found a way to eliminate it.
My personal opinion would be to in brace the fact not deny it. I believe that they have the right to love and express that love, the same way I express my love to man I am in love with.

p.s. dolphins have gay preferences, are we going to hate dolphins too??? Think about it…

Being a fabulous homosexual myself, I can say that we're pretty great people, very personable, professional, and far more educated on gay/lesbian and straight issues than most straight people.
Many straight people are very presumptuous of what the gay/lesbian life is, and stick to stereotypes and misinformation of who gays/lesbians/bisexuals/trans people are. I find this disheartening, but sometimes, someone is smart and figures it out.
We're normal people, like everyone else, we're republicans and democrats, we put our shoes on one foot at a time, and we use toothpaste, and we're every bit as boring as straight people.

i really dont care, what ever makes a person happy is there own business. but i do not believe that people are born gay. i believe that something horrific or something very traumatic happened in that persons life to make them that way. whether they were sexually abused as a child, witnessed the abuse of a loved one, or had drugs in the family. i'm not saying this makes a person bad or their beliefs engenuine by any means but it is definitely unnatural. for example... a young girl grows up with a horrible father. NOT sexually abusive but emotionally negligent. she searches her whole life selling herself out yearning for that daddy figure ultimately putting herself back in the same situation w/ as.sholes because her self worth is shot and nice guys to her whether she knows it or not are guys just like daddy. so after years of verbal and physical abuse from men she becomes a lesbian. not cause she's gay but because it's safe and she dosn't know how to have a healthy relationship w/ a man. same goes for guys, i have met a number of gay men in my life and they were all fu.cked in the head one way or another. no offense thats just what i think.

Some Gay people are Awsome, some are not. in my opinion the gay community is not any diffferent to the streight community,

Really if you like a person for who they are does it really matter who they are sexualally attracted too, (not likely).....
even with streight people why does it matter who they are with, sexuality is a private personal thing and why would that change anyones opinion...

personally i have alot of gay friends both male and female and i love them as people, not as a gay friends just as ordanary friends. they are still friends regardless of the sexual orientation or prefrence.
Hope that helps answer your question

Which gay people are you talking about? The gay people I know I like very much, but I am sure there are some I wouldn't like at all. I don't like or dislike people based on their sexual orientation.

In social situations?

Most of the time they're great but other times I can only handle them in small doses. Sometimes the gents can be dramatic two-timing queens!

Gay people don't share the same brain, If you really thought about what you were asking you would see how ridiculous of a question that is.
