Yes I have,numerous times.
As a kid,I often had to call 911 on my step dad,he was quite abusive.
As an adult,I have called 911 to get medical assistance for neighbors.

He said 911 you idiots. Judas sucks; he would get arrested for that here! Anyway, I caught some people diving in my neighbors trash at 5 in the morning; the creeps got away before the damn lazy cops showed up. They had a whole load of trash bags in the back of their truck. The trash they were digging in were some college kids that graduated and moved away; why should I care? Just because I GDamn do. I would want someone to do the same for me. So kiss my a--.

yes, I saw a car go off into a ditch and roll 5 times... I was dialing and talking before it stopped...

It would be no good if I did because in Australia we have to dial 000. But I have never had to dial it.

when i was little and it was christmas my mom wouldnt let me see what i got for a present....
so she was in her room [door locked] wraping gifts....
so i said let me in or call the police!
and she said jonathan please!
so i dialed random nubmers on the phone and in the middle it had 911 like this.........."93265206507325629119350326"
but it still called them... so they awnserd and i hung up and then they called back and my mom got really mad at me...
good times!!

in the uk it's 999.
I have called it lots of times.
The last time was when some idiot nearly crashed into ours and several other cars then proceeded to cut everyone up that was in his path. He then clipped a car at the roundabout.
Really think he was drunk.
