It was bad luck for him, not you. He should have gone out with one of his mates instead of being a misserable old loner.

Magpie (White & Black Magpie) means Protection, Swiftness

The Wisdom:
Magpie wisdom is Protection and swiftness. Magpies are renowned for their song, usually singing in the morning to welcome the dawn of a new day. During October when the chicks are newly hatched, the Magpie is known for its swift fearless attacks on anything that comes too near its nest. The Magpie has the wisdom of being the Protector for this reason.

The Message:
If a Magpie has swooped your way today, Spirit is asking you to call on your swiftness of decision making. You have the ability to be a person who gets the job done quickly, saying, ' Come on, let's get on with it '. You can be an action kind of person. Also the Magpie is warning that today you need to be acutely aware of the goings-on around you.

Be watchful and careful.

Be protective of self and your possessions.

The Affirmation:
I am ever - present.

Don't feel guilty that you hit the Magpie just take notice of the message it brings you : )

You neutralised the bad luck element when you killed the magpie. Watch out for the black cat crossing your path, but is it left to right or right to left that's bad luck? I can never remember!
