I'd imagine some of them do, since Italy was a colonial power in that part of the world, but it's probably far from universal. Have a look at the sources below.

When were the Egyptians under French Rule? It was a British country, not French.
Anyhoo, no they don't. Just because Italy owned them for a short period doesn't mean that they have Italian blood-except for those who mated with the Italians which is likely a small number.

Some will have because Italy once controlled Abyssinia (as Ethiopia was then known) but the vast majority would not.
