top marks to bush for being brave enough to meet his holiness the dalai lama and lend his support to the idea of a free tibet.
perhaps with the support of the worlds most powerful nation there is a chance that tibet could once again be ruled by its own people.
surely this is the first smart thing bush has done since he came to office.

Hey, Bush has always been my man :-D I know it's not popular to say so & I also know I don't give a damn. We still have Freedom of Speech unless the ACLU took that away too while I was sleeping. Anyhoo, I think China ought to lighten up on poor little Tibet. I mean, how much danger than little lamb of a place pose to the Great Bear anyhow? 'Nuther cool thing about the Bush-Lama Meeting, RICHARD GERE on the Evening News!!! Surely, the end is near...

USA has no chance of going to war with China or Russia (as nowadays they both are military allies along with business) US can provide moral support but I think that won’t be enough

Even a wooden headed Cheney-puppet can do something right for the wrong reason. I really think he does not comprehend his own hypocrisy. If he is so enamoured of " free-dumb" let us restore habeas corpus and posse comutatus protections here in the States. At heart Bush is Cheney's fascist enabler.
