If something was given as a gift then it is rightfully yours. However getting into a squabble over what you gave eachother is a bit immature and you should probably let sleeping dogs lie. If you really want the things that she gave you during the relationship then you'll either have to ask nicely or file a case at the Small Claims Court to get it back.

Why would you want anything back its just bad memories if it was a bad break up... let her keep it unless it am IPOD..I'm kidding . Don't be a gift- taker-backer you're better than that just move on and leave the past in the past. But to your question if you gave it to her let her keep it don't take it back and she's the childish one for taking what she gave you... =)

I think it's silly either way. Gifts are gifts... unless it's an engagement ring or something, they should be kept that way.
Just let her keep what you gave her, and move on. She's obviously selfish.

no i don't believe so ,you bought if for her,if it's jewellery that's been kept in your side of the family or other's items like that,i would ask politely for it back,but if it's stuff you bought her,i don't really think you should ask for it back as you bought it for her,that's when things get nasty and ugly.
