You should use "NoAdware".It's very effective.I don't have anymore problems with spyware,pop-up,Trojan or computer viruses.I came across this software in PC World Magazine.Now, you can download and try for free.Check it out here:

some antivirus are too much hard and they can bloch your activity.
Better download one by internet (AGV is OK) and update regularly.
You must update Operating system too. It is not enough only antivirus.
