This is a little personal, but its things like this you can't seem to find online. Since my so called cyst rupture, my discharge has been compairable to your water breaking. That runny. Like water. Normal? What else could cause that? The day before my rupture, i had that same discharge. I was all wondering what was up, cuz i'm not pregnant, but i could have swore my water broke. Weird i know. Then the next night i ended up with contraction like pain that was clocked by the EMTs at 5 min apart and by the time i got to the ER they were 2 min apart. No baby. After they sent me home, i had the runny discharge, some times it was mixed with blood, sometimes not. Yes i will be going to the doc, but he can't see me for another week, and well frankly i don't trust any of the other docs. Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this. Please no mean or dumb remarks. Thank you.

I would recommend calling the office back and ask to speak to your doctor's nurse or assistant to see if they might be able to get you in sooner to have this situation evaluated further. In the mean time here's the link to a site that might be able to help with more information and there are doctors at the site: http://forums.obgyn.net/womens-health

What can be normal in the world of ovarian cysts, when they can have fluid or even material like teeth and hair in them? I hope you are recovering a bit now. I am worried about you. This sounds dangerous, and I don't really understand why this is not more an emergency or pressing matter in the eyes of your new doctor. After all, when you think about it, is there much difference between the rupture of your ovary or tube from an ectopic pregnancy or the same from an ovarian cyst that had grown to encompass the entire ovary and fallopian tube (like mine that did not rupture)?
Please take the time this week to go back to the hospital where you went into the ER to retrieve your films for the x-ray and CT-scans they did, as well as a written report from the ER. They have no legal right to refuse you, and these should help your doctor get a clearer picture of what is actually going on now.
I hope you will get as much rest as possible through the weekend, and I'm glad to know you have a loving husband and children.
