what is the meaning of self-determination right?

does Turkey have right to do self-determinatoin against PKK Terrorists that they have been setteled in the north Iraq?

Turkey has the right repel or prevent threats to its national security. Thus, it can validly run after the terrorists located in other countries just like what the US did to Iraq and Afghanistan.

They certainly do. We are seeking our enemy terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan. It does not necessarily help our cause nor the Iraqi people. I suppose if one does not feel we have a right to be in the region, then neither does Turkey.
