I'm not exactly sure by what you mean by a "real" french maid uniforms. I'm pretty sure there aren't any maids (even in France) who wear them as professional attire.
Now, if it's for games with your partner, many lingerie shops carry them. If you're looking for a rubber or PVC maid's uniform, I recommend this one (it's the one I have myself):

Dressing for Pleasure is online and sells authentic french maids uniforms but they aren't cheap.
