Of course Roger Federer because Federer dont hit every shot the hardest like Nadal. i think Nadal is a foolish to himself because lately he has been injury a lot. i mean federer only injury his angle. i mean nadal has a record of winning 91% on clay and 67% on hard court. Federer play really smart and his movement on the tennis court is beautifully.

Right now Roger because of the way that he can get to every ball. This was also something mentioned by commentators about some of the players that he has played. They said that for these other players the shots that they would put out there would be a winner with almost every other player but not against Roger because of the way he can run the balls down and get the winners.
As for Rafa, he's better on clay and starting to show that he can be good on grass too. That Wimbledon final was one of the most amazing men's finals I've watched in all the nearly 20 years I've been watching tennis regularly.

I agree with previous responses. Nadal is the best on clay, but on any other surface Roger is better than him, and even Djokovic is becoming better than Nadal on those other surfaces. Plus, Grand Slam results show that Federer is better than Nadal.

Overall, Federer, although I'm not a fan of his. To be honest, Rafa's the best on clay, and because he's improved a lot, he's become a dangerous grass court player. I don't think Rafa would care to want to be better than Federer, as he just wants to stay healthy and play his best tennis for his entire career. If you give Rafa time as he's only 21, he will become a phenomenon on every surface. He won't win as many titles as Federer, but he'll definitely be known as one of the best ever, right along with Federer.

definetely federer...roger is a complete player...he´s good playing from the baseline and he´s wonderful at the net.nadal can only run,run and run.he has no tactics...nadal is a quite limited tennis player in my opinion but he is the best athlete.federer is much more elegant and technically he is perfect...comparing nadal with federer is like comparing a hammer with a rolls-royce....

roger federer!! nadal may be more offensive on clay but roger federer can easily adept to all surfaces and players. He always changes his strategy and is good at all of them.

because rafael nadal play better on clay so hi win only clay and rogger federer play well on any surface .he played two finals of french open and give hard time to rafa and may be he will be winner of this years french open and on hard & grass no one can play better then him so
i think rogger is one of the great player of all time
