Chewbacca! Why?:
1) Chewbacca and Padme would make for a great porn movie. 2nd only perhaps to Yoda and Padme.
2) He's been screaming it from the start of Episode IV, but Han's been mistranslating it
3) It explains why Luke has a natural affinity for machines and has wavy brown hair

Well Darth Vader being Luke's father was really cool. It would have been cool if some Obi-Wan (who was rumoured to be his father) was actually so.

Obi Wan Kenobi....since he was somewhat of a paternal figure to him, teaching him and guiding him toward becoming a jedi. But then he would have been kinda old...
