I have read some articles regarding this matter that some countries push a law pass to the senate for the removal of Military service in their countries for they find it useless and just a waste of time in their son's or daughter's life, for them it is just a requirement with no fulfillment...any say?

Then let them do so...it won't happen in America.
One of the obligations of being a world power is to be able to
respond when a friendly country asks for help.
That said, it does not allow the US to wantonly attack countries who have done us no harm...

I have to start by informing you that I am Israeli and therefore probably rather biaised to reply such a question.
Before humanity as a group even considers relinquish its right to defend their spaces with their own lives if needed, we have to learn to live in peace and settle our differences pacifically on an individual level as well as as a group. High hopes? I agree. We are so far from this... On another hand, human beings - as other living beings on the planet - are genetically computed to possess and defend fiercely their group spaces. So we will have to reach a very high spiritual degree of consciousness before we get there... and our civilization fights and rejects spiritual solutions.
So as long as we have not been able to develop sufficient spiritual strength to survive pacifically as a species, groups - which are born and needed only for survival purposes - cannot afford to keep themselves vulnerable to the ambition and greed of other groups, and therefore have to strenghthen themselves with powerful armies.
Be ready to fight or to die. That's the name of the game. Not nice? I couldn't agree more. STOP THE PLANET, I WANT TO GET DOWN!... You don't want to get down? Play the game and be a winner...
On an individual level, I struggle to learn and teach to settle differences pacifically. I had a fierce tongue... for years now, I have been able not to get into fights. Maybe some day, before we distroy the planet, we might all reach this goal and then, we shall be able to abolish Military service... As John Lennon said: "Imagine all the people...". I sure wish I'd be here to see it!
