this is embaressing and im posting it to all gay men out there for assistance. well ofcourse i had anal intercourse and apperntly have an anal fissure. the DRs were not helpful and i am in pain. is there anything i can possibly do. and remeber ppl karma so be nice! thanks to all.

First find another doctor to help you and I had one and they are curable-they are definitely painful-feels like someone pulling a fishhook out when going to the bathroom and if it is ulcerated and bleeding ,like mine was-it very scary-what my doctor did was examine it then he gave me a special topical cream made for the anus-usually Anusol HC or Proctofoam HC and a fiber supplement like metamucil-it takes a while to heal and it is compared to having a paper cut or a chapped lip that never heals.Good luck and do not give up on your quest-it will be better once it is treated.

Never going to read it. Period. . Underworld is a good vampire movie. I don't want to watch/read some teenage love story garbage. I just want to see people shooting, getting shot, swinging swords, and at least one decapitation. PS: Adam is off the chain. Anal fissures are common in ALL men...not just gay men. It commonly occurs when you get dehydrated and your stool gets hard. It'll clear up in a couple of days but I strongly doubt that you went to the doctor. They usually prescribe a suppository for that!

Ohhh - I don't know! Wash it...real good, while showering...so u dont get more Germs than what already has to go by it. Uh, I dont know... I kind of always just let it hurt, because it comes and goes, the pain when u get a wound. I hear some guys use ice to heel the swelling, and others put that ointement on..when u get a cut or something else where.

stop having sex for the rest of your life and it should clear up fine. otherwise, it opens up every time something is inserted. eventually, you may get pussy crap (not sperm) coming out, it gets inflamed, and sometimes it leads to a butt ulcer. (dont ask how i know). just stay away from anyone trying to insert. its like a std. incurrable.
