Dear Mr. Sanjit, if you think that all these facts regarding your first marriage & divorce will change the mind of your wife Mridula & she will eagerly will agree for divorce by mutual consent with you, then you are wrong. Your wife has already checked your question posted here & it hardly matters as far your first marriage is concerned. She wants to continue with you her matrimonial relationship even now. The chances for her calling off her marriage with you on this ground that you did not disclose this fact about your first marriage & divorce thus played a fraud with her is non existence. Better try out some other formulas for convincing her for the divorce by mutual consent, these things wont work for you.

your past marriage and divorce is not relevant in your present divorce case. your wife can do nothing about this, dont worry. just say she never asked and you never disclosed. what do you have to worry when you are going to divorce her anyway ? there is no law that says only people who have never been married should marry. basically your past is irrelevant unless you have concealed a subsisting marriage. it would have been ethical of you to disclose your prior marriage but concealing it is no way illegal.
fraud requires deceit or willful lie knowing the truth. unless you have deliberately lied when asked a question there is no fraud. did your wife ask you how many times you have been married / have you been married before ? if she has not then where is the question of fraud. sec. 5 of hindu marriage act only requires that the party should not have a spouse who is living at the time of marriage. so if you are divorced and hence single you are fully qualified for second marriage.

And your ID is "ideal husband" ? It should be "Ideal to dump and divorce" !! If you already divorced your first wife, there's no direct legal recourse your wife can take for that....but ofcourse concealment of a material fact will become a strong ground for your second divorce....she will drag you for cheating and it will be a black dot against your character and pull you down in court...your status will be that of a serial offender..lol! Good luck with your messy life...

You will finally get what a CHEAT would get. You were not honest 1st time. Atleast second time you should have. Truth is like sun. You tried to cover it with your hand. Now it is burining. You can't do anything to hide a truth. It is only because you attempted to hide truth, not once, but twice, I called you so.
Remember! ALL humans make mistakes! Only FOOLS repeat them. Unfortunately you repeated and now repenting.
Only God can give you any good answer.

Yap, i think its something problem of urself?
Why you keeping divorcing your wives?
Its shows that something wrong with you.
Better consult first than divorcing.
Or for god sake, let the wife sue you legally.

think, can she prove that you did not tell her !!!!!!!!!!
You can always say that you told her & she said it was okay, you are not supposed to give it in writing & keep the acknowledgement in records. How can she prove that you did not tell her about it.
However, maybe you need to be honest anyway, no wonder your wives keep divorcing you
