would you be willing to pay more money (fixed amount) or a higher percentage of your income?
raise it 20 bucks a month, I wouldn't be happy, but I'd pay the extra taxes.
raise it 10% of my income, and I'd move to canada.

Hillary's universal health care will cost too much of my money if I can even participate. But I don't want to participate so why should I have to. Besides hillary lies about everything, she is just like Bush. We'll go to war and that money will fund that...there goes you health care.
8 years of Bush + 4 years of Hillary = 12 years of fascist gov't, 9 years of war.

Can another Clinton be as bad as another Bush was? At least Hilary can read her own comic books!
Every other civilized democracy has a public health care system. It is a basic requirement for the European Economic Union. The taxes the citizens of these countries pay are, in many cases, lower than our own on a per capita basis.
In Canada they had a national poll to determine who the public felt was the greatest Canadian. The winner was not Wayne Gretsky or Celine Dion, it was Thomas Clement Douglas. He was the man who is considered the founder of their national health care system.
Maybe Hilary Clinton will be remembered the same way.

Hillary's silly little health care plan is to force you to buy health insurance. That's not a health care plan for the benefit of the public rather it's a plan for the benefit of health insurance companies -- which is why the health care industry is heavily financing Hillary's campaign.

BJ Clinton promised us health care within 90 days of his being inaugurated and was elected largely because of that promise. It's that was 15 years ago and do you remember who was in charge of the program? Hillery!

Yes, as medical costs are soaring and there is no end in sight. However, socialized medicine will have many limitations and drawbacks along with the good points.
A gallbladder no problem, major intensive treatment for cancer - problem, a hernia no problem, an open heart surgery - problem.
With socialized medicine the biggies will require less expensive treatments with a period of time to see if they work in order to save money.
There will of course, always be the option to keep your fee for service major medical and of course to simply pay for any needed procedure out of pocket.

She has to be one better than the last one and being a woman would know the importance of health more than a man.( any illness in a family is a more telling on women than men).
